Returns

Due to the nature of our product, all Cowboy Krisp sales are final. Because Cowboy Krisp is a liquid product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we're here to help.

Please submit a request through our Contact Us form within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve your concern as quickly as possible, please include:

Refunds & Replacements
